Because of this, we have recently rolled out our new work-life perks for all employees.
Firstly, we’ve increased the holiday allowance, where employees can now have up to 45 days’ off. Included with this, employees get their birthday off and a shopping day off during the busy Christmas period.
Being an employee also means access to the Hive360 portal with a 24/7 doctor, shopping vouchers, discounts on insurance providers, savings on gyms, restaurants, cinemas and more to help maximise your life outside of NOW.
As well as this, we have rolled out monthly team lunches within each branch for a chance to catch up and enjoy time away from your desk with your colleagues.

This is why we set up our Communications Group, made up of consultants with no management involvement, who meet once a quarter to help improve Life at NOW.
