What is your recruitment background?

Following a 4 year stint in professional recruitment across Transactional Finance, I then made the move to a more specialist agency, concentrating on the Part & Newly Qualified Finance market.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the pleasure of representing a mixture of market-leading FTSE listed clients, as well as ambitious SME’s with rapid growth rates.

Why did you join Now Careers?

Personally, I believe Recruitment stems further than a commission paycheck. I wanted to work with like-minded individuals, who genuinely care about the candidates they place and the clients they represent. I definitely feel that I’ve found that within David Birch’s team. Everyone here has a strong work ethic and equally strong Accountancy and Finance knowledge, so I feel confident with the resources, relationships and reach that the team has that we are well equipped to help both job-seekers and businesses alike.

Away from recruitment, what do you do?

Travelling, cliché I know! I’ve been fortunate enough to see some amazing places over the last couple of years, with so many more places I’d love to see on the list!
