Natalie Best – Recruitment Administrator
What is your employment background?
Throughout my career, I have mostly had customer service roles in the form of retail and waitressing positions. I then spent 3 years as an Emergency Call Handler for the fire service which further strengthened my customer service skill before moving into more sales-focused roles. Most recently, I worked for Page Group recruiting within the Finance sector.
Why did you join Now Careers?
I love the recruitment industry, however, I was looking for a move away from the sales element entailed within recruitment, when I found the role at Now Careers. Sarah and the team made me feel instantly comfortable and it seemed like a fantastic opportunity to enable me to grow with the company.
Away from work, what do you get up to?
I’ve always been a bit creative – so anything to do with crafts and stationary! I love to read, I enjoy travelling to new places and I’m slowly getting into rugby.
