I started out in Accountancy & Finance recruitment over 10 years ago, over that time I have grown to become a specialist for the qualified and senior-level, recruiting for both permanent & contract assignments. I am passionate about the industry and always put others at the centre of everything I do, going above and beyond to get the right candidate or the right role.

I simply bought into Gary Redman as both a leader and business partner, this industry is all about people and relationships and from my first meeting with Gary we were both on the same page with the same vision for the business. I am someone who is all about personal development and growth so working alongside Gary with his wealth of experience and knowledge was a no brainer.

Away from Recruitment

I am a dad and a husband first, but second to that, I am a massive fan of cycling and can often be found on my Wattbike at before work, it’s a great way to de-stress and get myself ready for the day ahead. I personally like to set myself challenges to focus on throughout the year, I am currently training for one of the hardest climbs in America which I will complete in August – Pikes Peak, incredibly intense, ascending more than 4,800 vertical feet with more than 150 turns leading to the 14,115-foot summit!

I have over 2 years’ worth of recruitment experience, specialising in Accountancy & Finance for both transactional and part qualified positions within the Midlands. I am passionate about providing top quality service to both candidates and clients and I like to build long last relationships that add value to the company’s workforce.

When there was an opportunity to join NOW, I jumped at the chance as it allowed me to continue to grow and build my business relationships with other likeminded people. I had previously worked for the Director of the A&F team in a previous role and I knew from experience that he was a great mentor and knows how to push me to further develop my career.

Away from Recruitment

I have a couple of hobbies that I really enjoy which include going to the gym, walking my dog (Gracie the Beagle) and my favourite, playing the guitar and singing. I’ve been fortunate enough that I perform most weekends at weddings, parties and pubs and also released my own original music on Spotify/iTunes also having previously toured the USA and Australia opening for Arcade Fire!
